A Swedish massage designed to ease achy muscles, with special attention given to hips, lower back and feet. Pregnancy tabletop pad can be used or the client can be supported with pillows. Must be 12 weeks into pregnancy.

Focusing on massage through stretching, using various positions to release tension from the muscles. Can be done on the floor or table. Yoga-type clothes must be worn.
